Refunds & Return Policy

At Reds Aircraft Service, we strive to provide high-quality aircraft parts and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return is requested within 30 days of purchase.
✅ The item is not a special-order or custom part.
✅ The item is not electrical or electronic (due to industry safety standards).
✅ The item has not been modified, altered, or installed.

📌 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special-order or custom-manufactured parts.
  • Electrical or electronic components.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1️⃣ Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
2️⃣ If the return is approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
3️⃣ Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the box.
4️⃣ Ship the return to:

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval (RMA) may be refused.


3. Refund Policy

💳 Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is inspected.

📦 Restocking Fee:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrectly shipped or defective.

📌 Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.

4. Exchanges & Warranty Claims

  • Exchanges are only available if the replacement item is in stock.
  • Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.
  • Special-order and custom parts cannot be canceled once processing begins.
